Yes, he scares me too. I'm not sure if we've got the means to stop him. I don't know much about the other Wolves players but I'm sure I will do by 5pm. I'm a natural worrier but we did beat them last season. My commiserations for your grandad
I'm thinking of changing my name to London Brick Company then I'll have my name engraved on every brick at the ground. please log in to view this image
Ralph said that Saints won't buy for the sake of doing something. Valery will be back sooner than thought and Vokins has come on quicker than thought. Talks about not wanting to block the pathway for youngsters. Sounds like the improvement in our play and our league position has taken the urgency out of the situation....or (supposition on my behalf) perhaps we have an eye on someone not available at the moment. I can understand that the absence of desperation takes the pressure off...especially when you consider how difficult we are finding it to shift players who failed to fit in and are on high wages. Ralph wouldn't be drawn on Walker-Peters...not yes, not no.
Lawro has us for the win, though the West Ham guest has us for a loss: Southampton v Wolves If I was making predictions for some of this week's fixtures a month or so ago, I would be tipping some very different outcomes - and this match is a good example of how much things have changed for some teams. anny Ings cannot stop scoring for Southampton and they keep on picking up points. I just think their recent results show you the value of sticking with your manager because Ralph Hasenhuttl could easily have gone after they lost 9-0 at home to Leicester in October. Wolves are one of the better sides in the division but even they have not been on a great run since the end of the year and, right now, you would have to make Saints favourites. Lawro's prediction: 2-0 Tom's prediction: 2-4
Nah, we are past al the curses. I wore my unlucky pants (how do I determine which pants are unlucky?!), lost at the "empty the dishwasher before the kettle boils" game, didn't shave (always have to shave on match days) and even said with 5 mins to go "We've got this no problem" for the Leicester game (lol the second game not the St Mary's one). We have this one. 3-1 all the way #Positivity
You might have a point. I'm kinda still expecting for Leicester to sneak a last gasp equaliser. Is it safe now, is it really safe.........
So it doesn’t matter which socks I wear tomorrow, or which one I put on first, left or right? Don’t need to dig out my seagull-shat-upon-hat, which is not infallible anyway? Okay, cool.
A win here could be transformative. Mid-table dwelling is nice, well incredible, considering we were on skid-row leading up to Christmas. But it would be great to have a poke around the top half, and see what they've done with it. Maybe embarrass Sheffield United in front of their new friends, after they moved into our red and white 7th place and probably never expected to see us again (admittedly quite rightly). Not looking forward to Traore vs Cedders though
the next 7 days are going to determine what season we have. Are we really a top half of table team pushing for european football and with ambitions of winning the FA Cup or are we just above the bottom teams and out the Cup #beat-wolves/palace/spurs
A late warning for those going to the game, via the M271. The southbound carriageway is back to 2 lanes, so expect a bit of a tailback.
A late warning for those leaving the game tomorrow. We will be in the top half of the table, so expect a bit of a nosebleed.
