There was UK punk before the Ramones and UK punk after the Ramones. Very different. The melodic songs of The Undertones and the Buzzcocks might not have happened without da Brudders. EDIT: Ramones - a doo-wop band with Marshall amps
I don't normally care for remixed or remastered versions of songs, but this is interesting. The ...And Justice For All album is notorious for it's lack of bass and this restores it. New song from Maiden. The audio on the video version is screwed up, so I've posted this instead. Bruce Dickenson may have some strange ideas, but his voice still sounds fantastic at 62.
This has been cancelled and rescheduled so often that I can't remember whether my tickets are still valid or not... please log in to view this image ...but they are a night not to be missed, as Vive Le Rock said..."We don't usually do Tribute bands but these guys were great last time we saw them."
In preparation for the Teenage Werewolves, it's Rockabilly Wednesday with The 69 Cats (drums on the last album provided by Mr Rat Scabies)...
