The useless feckers didn't open all the exit gates in the East Stand yesterday, leading to congestion in the ones that were open. The closed one in the middle had a steward stood in front of it, so no one could go down the stairs to open it!

 

Bruce left on July 22nd, before the first game of the season, and the only players the club signed in that time were Jonathan Edwards and Will Mannion (both reserve players).

The walkway to Londesborough Street was still a swamp of long grass, brambles, knotweed and various other types of pathway-blocking undergrowth. It turns out a tweet saying the council had been asked to sort it out wasn’t enough to, you know, get it sorted out.

 

Bruce had agreed the budget and was told that he could not have more money in the January before. Up until then the relationship had been quite rosy.

League Two Salford City have signed centre-back Andy Smith on loan from Championship side Hull City for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old made his senior debut for the Tigers last season in the EFL Trophy and is contracted until 2023.


"Ever since I heard that there was interest from Salford, it was a club that I wanted to come to," he said.

"As my first loan I'm looking to get as many games as I can, and hopefully just get in the squad as much as I can."

 

That happened to me many years ago in Vegas, I’d had a few to drink buying them at the bar, then around 2 in the morning whilst playing on the slot machines I ask for a couple of cokes, she brought coors instead, I asked how much, (it’s free whilst playing) she said. From then on it was a bucket of 5 cent coins and coor after coor, loved it. I probably went out with 10 dollars worth of 5 cents and some how found my way back. Tip um and they are back within 5 minutes.

It was a bit odd that when pushing for promotion, the only players we signed were a goalie that never played and Nick Powell on loan.
