Coming back to this afternoon, it would have been an interesting game 11 v 11 and Sunderland, on the first 15 mins, may well have taken the spoils. I thought the ref got the key decisions right. The first penalty shout would have been a really soft one and it was a definite red card. Also why was Latibeaudiere booked for jumping and heading the goalkeeper's throw? He was standing when he threw it!
I’m assured by a guy who used to work with me that he (Jason) is a really nice guy ….. Think I will decide for myself
What comes around goes around, we all remember the referee wearing a Sunderland shirt in 2016 when Defoe scored a hat trick. Strangely enough exactly 7 years ago
That was Graham Scott who is still reffing …. even the Sunderland subs who who sitting in the row behind me said that it was never a red card for Naughton
Well from the highlights it would appear the red card changed the game and would we have won otherwise? Don't get me wrong, it's a great result but in reality it's another case of glossing over RM's shortcomings. I can't see us doing a Pivac and getting promoted through opposition red cards every game!
Not sure whether it was a pen or not but some excellent and prolonged rolling around for no reason whatsoever It was definitely a red card though.
