It's a shame as he seemed a decent lad and certainly did a job for us last season.

I'm really hoping other young players are looking at what we are doing and want to be part of it.

It's bloody exciting and a far better way than the usual journeyman stuff we had years of

Talking about strikers, just watching some Norwegian playing, just scored a couple. Do you think he would mind swapping W for E England for perhaps a month?

I sit level with the eighteen yard box in the east stand, I knew it was special when it happened but seeing it again I still can't believe how aware he was

That was next level. Literally stepped one way, watched the Preston lad follow him, laughed at him (in my head he did anyhow) then moved silkily away with the ball!!! Loved it

He does. And like a bloke who can play piano to a very high standard , which rather irritatingly he can!

Love Frankies commentary. He nearly exploded when Roberts megged the lad and put it just wide. <laugh>

True sat down last night to watch it and it was soon apparent it was only the highlights repeated, the good news is that SAFC is now showing the full 90 minutes and I plan to watch to-night, so if anybody comes across it now they will wonder what I am on about . <ok>

I wonder if anyone is in control of the refereeing standards in this country at times. We have had some right clowns in charge in the last couple of seasons, and at all levels, its not improving with promotion as I had hoped, far from it.

I was hoping for a rise in standards of the officials but its genuinely no better than league 1. Some of them are a danger to the players

I quite enjoyed watching the game. We are still playing some cracking football. Hard to point to anyone in the 11 who doesnt deserve their place to be honest. I have to credit Preston on their defensive setup, you can see why they rarely concede. I wouldnt want to watch them every week, but I can admire how they do it.

Be interesting tomorrow to see if the boss changes it a bit. Will Evans play again so soon? I seem to remember him sitting out some midweek games but hope I am wrong as he is important to us. Maybe Ba starts? Sounds like we might see a bit of Michut at some point soon too. I am still not seeing Diallo in the team, which for his price tag is mad. I am sure he will find his feet, but at the moment I struggle to see him making an impact (hope he bags a hatrick tomorrow and I look an idiot).
