A good night for Argyle last night....all the strugglers lost...so Argyle stayed the same in 20th position....and Rotherham, Birmingham, Blackburn and Stoke....had worsening goal difference's.

    Argyle 20th v Leicester 1st
    Leeds 3rd v Blackburn 18th
    Bristol City 12th v Huddersfield 21st
    Birmingham 21st v Coventry 7th
    Sheffield Wednesday 22nd v Stoke 19th.

We have an extremely tough game but luckily we’re at home. Most of the others have tough games too though or in the case of Wednesday & Stoke, can’t both win.

Leicester are struggling at the moment....awhile ago they looked done and dusted....and the question was how many points would they win the Championship by.

Anything from this match would be a bonus....just to score a goal (other than a OG) would be encouraging.

It's probably too late now to rest Hardie with only four games left....but maybe keep him back for the second half...where his pace might catch out a tiring player.

BEST RESULTS TO PROTECT ARGYLE'S....5PT CUSHION.

    Leeds v Blackburn...Home win.
    Birmingham v Coventry...Away win.
    Bristol C v Huddersfield...Home win.
    Hull v QPR...Home win.
    Millwall v Cardiff...Away win.
Sheffield W v Stoke...Difficult...a draw maybe...but not an away win...we need pressure on Stoke for when we play them...I want Schumacher relegated.
    Swansea v Rotherham...Not important anymore...Rotherham already relegated.

If these games end as above... then we have still got at least a 4pt gap....if Stoke win then it would be still 5pts.

Worse case scenario would be still a 2pt gap...with only three games to play.

With our superior goal difference we would stay up if we achieved 55 points....but I reckon we'll be ok with one more win...51pts.....but I wouldn't risk betting my home
    on it.

Not a great set of results for us: I watched the Leeds v Blackburn game and to be honest, Leeds could still be playing and wouldn’t have scored.

It just confirms we need to do it by ourselves by building on much better performances in the last 3 games.

That wasn't the intentions.....it was the results that suited Argyle that I choose.

Never been in a bookies.....I just noted that you don't get many bookies down the food bank....so a mugs game really.

    Blackburn...1-3 Sheffield W.....F/T.

Bad result for Argyle....only 2pts clear of a relegation spot.

But I notice that Blackburn who are 1pt ahead of Argyle have a tough finish.....Coventry at home and Leicester away...so they have been sucked into the relegation battle.
