Swansea City v Bournemouth Barclays Premier League Date - Saturday 25 November 2017 Time - 15:00 Venue - Liberty Stadium With the Swans' American Shareholders and Chief Operating Officer seemingly more interested in securing control of the Stadium (and the attendant Commercial opportunities), the "soccer" team continues to drift from one abject performance to another and continue to be firmly entrenched in the relegation zone. Next up for beleaguered Paul Clement and his not so merry men are a Eddie Howe's rejuvenated Bournemouth - what a job Howe has done at Bournemouth, if only we could have appointed someone in his mould! Swansea and Bournemouth have played each other on 57 occasions, with each winning 23 matches and 11 draws. In the corresponding match last year, Alan Curtis took charge for the Swans following Bob Bradley's departure 4 days earlier, and saw the team go down 0-3: what a way to end 2016, meaning that Managerless Swansea City remained rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table after they were thoroughly outplayed by Bournemouth. Swansea's woeful defending allowed Benik Afobe to put the impressive visitors in front. Ryan Fraser finished an incisive team move to give Eddie Howe's side a commanding 2-0 half-time lead, and Joshua King slotted in a late third to compound the misery for their demoralised opponents. Fast forward to the present day and we are back rooted in the relegation zone and are pretty demoralised... Turning to Saturday, I can't see anything other than a Bournemouth win: 1-3 to the visitors.
Sorry team is clueless can’t see anything other than another loss!! That should be the final nail in the coffin for us.
A large jar of Vaseline is required this week Mr Clement and not a day at the beach I'm afraid cos we're going to get reamed and without it it's going to be painful
Without seeming like I've forgotten where we've come from. It's almost unforgivable in our 7th season in the Premier league, we've already 'taken as a given', that the little 'ol Cherries are going to turn us over so easily!! How far we've risen & now falling under your stewardship/incompetence Jenkins..
Is Kaplan going to be at the Liberty next Saturday. Or is he already running back to the States, so he can escape the wrath of the fan's when it inevitably goes 'pear shaped' next Saturday. It needs to get thoroughly toxic if there's a 'benign' performance. Jenkins needs to get it big time.. We going down with a whimper!!
Supporters have had enough of the spin and bullshit and not before time , let the world know what a bunch of ****s we have owning us If Clement is still here Saturday what difference is it going to make to the players if the atmosphere is toxic we're not expected to get anything out of the game so use the opportunity to let the bastards really know how we feel
There was a fans meeting in The Plough yesterday before KO.Not sure of the outcome.Heard there was a tidy turnout.
We can assume it’s going to be poor performance, because there’s no way we’re going to have enough to overcome a probable organised Bournemouth. So naturally it’s going to start to get ugly. So Jenkins should get it directed at him.. If for some reason, we put in a decent spirited performance (not fvckin likely), he should get it anyway, but it won’t probably happen & if it does, won’t have the same ferocity or wholesale backing. It’s just the way fans work/behave.. I might get angry with the team or individual players at times, but I don’t barrack them, or certainly don’t boo them. That behaviour should be solely for the tossers/cvnts in the stand..
Bournemouth will have a field day, and How will relish carving up this sorry excuse of a team, just get ready to see in the new year with 8 points.....
We're going to smash them 2-1. Bony is back and he'll pummel the Cherries centre halves as Rocky Messa comes off the bench to score the winner. Oh, I've just woken up. Swans 0 Bournemouth 3.
I wonder if those who boo or barrack the players realise that they are contributing to the fact that they would rather play away than at home. People who boo react and not think How many of the approx 20,000 at the Liberty were at the Plough. Just a minority, just as it's a minority who post on fan's forums.
Well that's your theory out the window , last time I checked we've won one game away , yesterday was marginally better than the Brighton game but only marginally
This small majority as you say ?? In all the swans forums they are all saying the same thing and you can take it that that is a huge significance representation of the fans as a whole...
