Loan star wants permanent switch Queens Park Rangers, 10:37, February 9, 2012 QPR's on loan left back Taye Taiwo has revealed he would like to stay at Loftus Road on a permanent basis. The Nigerian is contracted to AC Milan but has joined Mark Hughes' side until the end of the current campaign but, after a steady start, he is already looking ahead to a longer association with the club. Taiwo had not settled in Italy after moving from Marseille last summer and had only made four first team appearances for the Rossoneri. "The fans didn't believe in me in Italy but I'm happy here and QPR want to sign me on a permanent basis," he said.
He hasnt looked great but hes in a new country, hasnt played 1st team football for a while but i think he will come good. He will be fantastic if he can replicate his form in the French league.
maybe we should give him some time to prove himself here we make up our minds. If he settles into life in the UK then we might just have nabbed ouselves a good pro.
