Is he a tent manufacturer or simply supplier? If we’re going for a marque I would hope we’re going direct to the manufacturer.
Just been re-reading some of the commentary/ reports from this week. So the Government legal team and members of the cabinet believe that PIF and KSA are separate legal entities. I'd say that is persuasive argument enough for NUFC to establish their case. So what amateur lawyers, who know nothing of KSA think, becomes completely irrelevant.
I still think the PL where hoping we wouldn’t survive and that the arbitration went away. This arbitration is going to be dragged on well into the summer. Or will it? Do they go for an out of court agreement, which suits both parties? Surely the evidence is overwhelming for us and the dirty little secrets of the PL and masters and Hoffman will be to much to come out?
