I think they were reported to be buying shares in the club. Ever since then the inter fans have been checking twitter so there's clicks available to the inter equivalents of mouth of the Tyne
I'd suggest you retain the info in your sig as a reminder to all that betting on NUFC is utter madness. I don't really gamble but I'd never, ever, ever, ever in a billion years bet on us! We'll lose to Cambridge in the Cup having rolled Southampton over 6-0 the week before.
Lets play a game........Go on the official site and play a game of I don't spy with my little eye. I'll give a clue..........A certain logo is now missing from everything.
Talking of commercial deals. If your into this sort of thing have a read of this. It’s back end of last season but there are some big numbers in there and we should be right up with the big boys soon. https://www.sportspromedia.com/analysis/premier-league-2020-21-guide-club-sponsor-tv-rights-deals/
Confirmed sale price of £305m. Reports that Saudi deals will be signed by end of Dec to impact Jan spending.
Why? We are the worlds richest club. We can attract better players. Oh you mean by other teams right?
I personally don't think there's going to be anything like the activity many expect. I'm happy to be wrong, usually am, but I suspect it'll have a distinctly "Ashley" look and feel. Couple of loans, maybe a bargain or two. Nothing interesting. But then the goal this season hasn't changed, even if ownership has - 17th is enough.
I think it'll be a bigger window than we've ever had, but not quite what I fear some are expecting. I think they'll pump money in slow and steady every window. 50 to 100 max
I can see us using loans with a view to permanent transfers (if we stay up) for the likes of a Ramsey, Dembele and possibly Umtiti type. In addition a decent signing with a relegation release clause (looking at Trippier here) and possibly a couple of younger players on **** wages with current clubs with a minimum fee release clause along the lines of an Adeyemni, Cabral, Alvarez, Almeida.
