The usual thing, what's happening the weekend? It's the big one; spring bank holiday and half term so most of us will be enduring the company of our wonderful children while not doing what we actually want to do. I don't mind this one though, off for a weekend on Gower and it's only 15 mind from the house so I don't have far to travel. Five sets of friends with kids, minus the swinging. (wid a couple, widnae three) Beer and barbecues all the way till Monday, when we de camp and three of us go play golf on the BHM afternoon. After that things take a down turn as I have to go to the Urdd eisteddfod and watch a load of choirs on the Tuesday. What's happening guise and m7's?
My wife is working, which often feels worse than if I'm working myself. Three day weekend with the little ones, it's the two-year-old who wears me out. I'll probably just try and get their homework done on the Saturday straight off and then barbeque every day whilst playing in the garden - paddling pools, etc.
Yeah I got a bit too excited thinking it was later in the week. Anyway I'm off to a tournament at Chelsea's training ground of all places which my nephew is playing in.
I've actually not got a football tournament this weekend. Had one on each of the last two weekends then got a football tour week after BH then another, final, tournament the weekend after that. It's cricket season ffs!
Will be spending 15hrs in the air and 2hrs in Doha Airport on the BHM so I am with Spurlock on this one. I won't be fasting as I am travelling, although not sure that the Quran was referring to plane travel when that dispensation was created.
Family visiting Thursday to Monday, so Thursday will start off great and by Saturday evening I’ll be disposing if their chopped up bodies... 24 hours is more than enough time for family to visit.
Nah but I think the tournaments are semi regular and I'll keep an eye out for that. Looking forward to it.
