    Sheffield thursday 0 - 14 Cardiff City. All players in the starting line up to score and Old Sparkey to come on and score a debut hat trick. Thst should help the goal difference.

    Hey Belfast - the last time I scored a hat trick was on Trecco Bay caravan park back in the late 70's - and I'm not talking about goals. :emoticon-0165-muscl.............<laugh>

    As far as the goal difference is concerned, a 6-0 win for City would be enough to get us over the line with just a draw against Brum next week - as long as the Wendies don't get a point at Wolves the same day.

    Despite my outstanding £10 bet on City to go up (not holding my breath on that one) I 've just looked at the odds for this game today.

    City are 16/5 to win it with the draw at 5/2 so I've gone for the total negative cop out bet. Sheffield Wednesday NOT to win it is available for 5/6.

    What the hell, it might be the last "real" game of the season so I've just stuck £60 into my account and straight on at 5/6 to win me £50 (or lose the lot <doh>)

    Any result bar a Wednesday win and I'll be happy financially but still gutted if we only get the draw.

    Game on in half an hour and I'll be on here with a large Dalwhinnie Winters Gold to keep me company (or drown my sorrows <laugh>)
