Do you do takeaway?

 

My kids groan when the Mrs is away and they have to suffer one of my burnt efforts.

I make a good omelette and sausage casserole.

 

My kitchens in bits at the moment so can I come to yours mate??!!

I did my bathroom in three days this week.

FACT.

 

He’s taking his time so he can keep the local takeaways in business. Very thoughtful.

 

Cook quite a lot, still love doing an old favourite, Shepherds Pie.

 

Don't have a favourite but I do like butter beans and chorizo in a tomato sauce, usually make a big panful, it lasts all week!

 

Love stuff like that Unfortunately the wife doesn’t like butter beans. She is not struck on any beans. Like the way the Greeks do it but you can’t seem to get huge butter beans they use.

 

We had lambs liver and onions for tea, with new potatoes that I'd harvested an hour before, delicious.

Ok, make the sauce and chorizo, split it between 2 pans, beans in 1, small fried spuds in the other et voila, gigantes plaki and patatas bravas in one go!

 

She also doesn’t like any spices.

 

Ah, don't have a recipe for that...

 

I love cooking, just never get the time atm, my diet seems to be hotel or airport ATM absolutely love seafood dishes when I do cook though, fave dishes are with squid ink pasta, inspired by a visit to a back street family run Italian in Chicago

 

I do like a salad. With loads of different bits.

 

I'm experimenting at the minute, is there another way to open a tin other then hammer and chisel?
