Originally numbered P508, it became 3237 in the NSWGR 1924 renumbering scheme. It worked mainline runs around New South Wales, while its original use was as a passenger express locomotive, it was also used for light freight. For the last part of its working career 3237 was based at Dubbo locomotive depot, 3237's last duties were to work reclamation trains and as a yard shunter in Dubbo. It was withdrawn on 3 November 1971, when it was sent light engine from Dubbo to Enfield Locomotive Depot for storage. In its 78 years of revenue service, from 26 February 1892 to 1 November 1971, 3237 ran a total of 2,225,224 miles.

please log in to view this image The EK 3241 has a switching bandwidth of 36 MHz and frequencies that can be tuned in steps of 5 kHz, making the true-diversity receiver the perfect partner for Sennheiser's current transmitter models SKM 5200-II and SK 5212-II. Frequency-agile products are in greater demand than ever as frequency resources become increasingly scarce. We have therefore developed a new tuner module for this true-diversity camera receiver and given the lightweight EK 3241 (200 g) the capacity for reliable, flexible RF wireless transmission: 32 custom frequencies have already been programmed within the switching bandwidth of 36 MHz; in addition the user is free to program and store another 20 frequencies in steps of 5 kHz into the user bank. The receiver can be easily and intuitively operated with a completely new user interface, which is similar to that of the SK 5212 bodypack transmitter. For a high operational reliability the EK 3241 displays the battery status of the transmitter in detail. The receiver is extremely reliable; its full-metal case is weatherproof and robust.
NGC 3242, commonly known as the Ghost of Jupiter, is a planetary nebula located in the constellation Hydra. William Herschel discovered the nebula on February 7, 1785, and cataloged it as H IV.27. John Herschel observed it from the Cape of Good Hope, South Africa, in the 1830s, and numbered it as h 3248, and included it in the 1864 General Catalogue as GC 2102; this became NGC 3242 in J. L. E. Dreyer's New General Catalogue of 1888. This planetary nebula is most frequently called the Ghost of Jupiter, or Jupiter's Ghost due to its similar size to the planet, but it is also sometimes referred to as the Eye Nebula. The nebula measures around two light years long from end to end, and contains a central white dwarf with an apparent magnitude of eleven. The inner layers of the nebula were formed some 1,500 years ago. The two ends of the nebula are marked by FLIERs, lobes of fast moving gas often tinted red in false-color pictures. NGC 3242 can easily be observed with amateur telescopes and appears bluish-green to most observers. Larger telescopes can distinguish the outer halo as well. please log in to view this image
