Sorry mate, my question was aimed at comm. I don't see the board going downhill personally.

 

I'm spending less and less time on here, but I'm just putting it down to the forum running its course with me after a few years. I get bored and move on to something new and shiny. It's how I am. Nothing to do with anybody on here though.

IMO its down to results.

**** results = load of bickering = why bother logging on.

I don't contribute much , but be gutted if it gets any slower. The only fan source i have for SAFC news

 

It doesn't help that the team are struggling. When this forum started it was when Bruce was doing well and we had genuinely entertaining players like Steed, Bent and even Zenden on the rare occasion he played always produced something note worthy. At that time it felt as if we were heading in the right direction and the board was great to read, a lot of informative football threads and a good balance of off topic stuff. Now it seems the football related content is way down compared to then but I'd put that down to us having nowt to shout about apart from our league cup final and the derby since then.

 

Related to the state of our team IMO.

Start winning some games and things will change again.

It should be busy next season in the championship then mate.

 

Hulls in the championship. That board is much more active than this one.

 

I hate to admit it but I love the championship don't get me wrong I would love to do well in the prem but I know I am a hell of a lot happier winning 20 or 30 games in the fizzy than 5 in the ****ing prem.
