Yeah a bit cheeky I admit. Love a good garden though, especially a nice lawn. Asians don’t really do gardens.

Lawns can be a bit of a waste of space in the productive sense. Better to cultivate some lawn and grow vegetables, fruit and put up a greenhouse.

But no more muddy feet for me or muddy paws for the dogs :)

And whilst all the neighbours lawns wilt, mine is the greenest <laugh>

Spend a year or two where I am and you will miss pointless patches of grass. I don’t think there is a decent lawn for miles and miles around me. No chance of a boozy picnic.

Sounds like an artificial lawn is the fake boobs of the gardening world.

I'll admit to thinking long and hard about doing it as I love a patch of grass. We have a small 2m x 8m lawn at the front and did that last year.

Finally got tired of spending too much time chasing my girl dog to hose over her wee and then not being able to walk on large parts as seemed to be perpetual reseeding.

Decided gardens are for enjoying so bit the bullet. really happy with it

Neither do I but I have a few mugs. Sometimes use them for drinking coke or lemonade.

Of course, I wouldn't drink Pimm's from a mug, that just seems wrong.

And Ballycastle I use a drinking horn for.
