Seems to be some good scoring from players already on the course, hopefully a Euro can go low and challenge

Is she going to try and swing it like Morikawa whilst wearing 5inch heals and a pink silk dress in the studio? <laugh>

Can you imagine your average no pro playing this course, would be a mental experience

Was just about to say that. It's bucket list stuff to get round that course. I'd need to take a tent because would probably take me about 3 days and 200 balls to complete 18 holes. <laugh><laugh>

I struggle with the flat, slow greens at my local course so I don't even want to think about how i'd cope on these

Emotional for me seeing Tiger walk on the 18th. Had his issues, but all time greatest golfer for me. The best. He moves so gingerly now and we know how tough on the whole body golf is. It is pure love for the game that has him here now.

Absolute beast imo. Nobody is close to him in my time watching golf. Relentless, his mindset is elite. Scheffler and Rahm etc are good players but Tiger won the lot for over a decade, not just the odd title. He dominated.

I would love to play it. It is tough and magnificent all at once. My course is county championship and open qualifying standard. Greens are elite. Funnily enough greens for me are easier because if you can read them they run true. The issue is missing the fairway at time, might as well be in amongst the snakes.

I have played a few open courses. Troon is absolutely brutal. You can stand on a tee on a par 4 and be scratching your head looking for a fairway. Absolutely magnificent though. The fairways, if you find them, are all little hillocks and bumps, means a good drive can be sent anywhere. Then there are the bunkers :emoticon-0141-whew:, if you get in a pot bunker it is ridiculous. I was in must have been 8 foot tall.

American golf courses tend to be more fly the ball at a target and stop it. Suits me. I reckon I would shoot a better score at Augusta than I would at Muirfield for example. Mind you, both scores may not be much to write home about<laugh>

Kingsbarns is an elite course to play if you ever get the chance - probably my fave course

Played Carnoustie just before the open was there last and it was solid - 17 was into the wind so played like a par 6 lol

Scheffler looks like he's going to win at a canter, the challengers are falling away

It's actually Collin mate, different name altogether <laugh>

Looks like Sheffler's cruising to the win. Can't say I like the bloke much, don't dislike him either. Most golfers are like that these days, if they were a colour it'd be beige. Especially the Americans.
