remember not to park on the grass near meole p and r. unless you want a £75 fine from the council.

betty swallocks hotpots have achieved fame. one was entered in the eat shropshie competition, and betty won, her hotpot has now been entered in the regional competition in birmingham next month. well done betty. incidentally reg may got a highly commended for his pies. only the best at the loggerheads

Betty Stogg's crusty baps were also entered in the competition but someone found the judge Randip Ugger licking a dusting of flour off of them and they were both kicked out of the tent.

we lost a lot of trade to the banter bridge, but we are picking up. appearing live tonight is 75 year old engelbert humperdink, who is representing gb at eurovision in may. i can now reveal that at next years eurovision gb will be represented by a youthfull dame vera lynn. aged 96 she will wow those cheating europeans

how true. er sadly only 12 paid members turned up to see engelbert tonight, this has caused a major financial loss that will have to be reimbursed by the membership. your executive committee met tonight and have decided to reccomend the following to the agm on 16.3.12===
annual subs to rise by 15% to £16, with immediate effect all beers lagers etc to rise by 5p a pint, likewise for other drinks. all food prices will rise by 15%
it is further reccomended that all guests should pay a £5 admission fee at the door.

your executive committee will cease to book artists until further notice with the exception of luscious lulu and friends who will be pole dancing next friday night in front of 500 paid up members.

your executive committee will meet in early april to discuss the future viability of the club and to assess how much of the £3000 loss on humperdink has been recovered.

    staff
sadly work experience bar person tom bradshaw has left, also assistant chef anthony worrall james has left. long term sick bar person sybil hotdraws has now left. we wish all 3 good luck and your executive committee have no plans to replace permanently any of the above staff, although 1 work experience person may be considered part time for bar work

er which end has chris put a cork in. i think we should be told. your executive committee were not amused about a wisecrack in another place about the shrews away coach and are seeking legal advice or a bigger minibus.

great news in our kitchens. betty swallocks has won the regional final in birmingham for her hotpot, and she now represents the loggerheads at the national finals in may at the holiday inn at peckham. well done betty
