No he isn't. Dallas turns 30 next month. You don't get big fees for 30 year old players. Struijk on the other hand has shown that he potentially has a long career (only 21) at this level. That's why you would get more for Struijk.

Struijk would be a bargain at 10 million. How much would Liverpool pay for him to be with them at the moment? Potentially signing a world class centre half for 10 years or so would be cheap at 10 million.
