Old news from yesterday- https://english.kyodonews.net/news/...ear-old-miura-sets-league-cup-age-record.html Reckon Pablo has a few years left in him yet!
Experience is good, although I'd prefer to be looking to sign one of their younger players. They've got Nakamura (ex Celtic) only 42, but could be one for the future!
Seems Javi Martinez is begging Bielsa to come and get him before he accepts a deal elsewhere....... https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2020/08/...leeds-boss-bielsa-and-hes-possibly-available/

Mirror now running with the story Leeds United are leading the race to sign Stuttgart and Argentina centre-forward Nicolas Gonzalez, according to the Mirror. The newspaper claims that Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Roma, Lazio and Napoli are also interested in signing the 22-year-old striker but due to the pull of playing for Marcelo Bielsa, Leeds are favourites to strike a deal.

In the 2016-17 season Sheff Utd and Portsmouth joined Wolves, Preston NE and Burnley in what achievement?
Marcelo Bielsa is planning a £20million swoop for Stuttgart striker Nicolas Gonzalez. Argentina international Gonzalez is rated as one of the hottest young properties around after plundering 14 goals in 27 outings to power the German outfit to promotion back to the Premier League. And Leeds boss Bielsa believes the hit-man, 22, can be a big star in the Premier League with the newly-promoted Elland Road side after having him tracked through the second half of the campaign. Bielsa wants a striker as a priority signing this summer, and he reckons Gonzalez has all the attributes to take the top flight by storm as the Whites get back to mixing it with the big boys after 16 years in lower league exile.
I heard this on the Jason Cundy show on Talksport about 12-18 months ago so obviously won't answer, but to give everyone a clue, he played for us
