Let’s hope he doesn’t drop any massive bollocks playing for Senegal. If he plays tomorrow, it’s against the most xo sostent striker on the planet, Mr Lewandowski.
**** knows mate was only reading from the posted article, dunno if he made final 23. Hopefully not cos him v Lewandowski doesn’t sound good for us trying to bag a good fee!
We've accepted a bid of over £5m from Boro for McNair. Tidy business in my opinion. Good fee and hopefully it will get the ball rolling on incomings
I thought we had knocked back an alleged £6 mill bid from Brighton. Why would we then accept a £5 mil bid? Strange.

I hope not. Donald did say we'll have a good budget for the league and he didn't make it sound like it was dependant on sales. We need over half a squad of players and if they're all freebies we'll be in league one for the foreseeable.
But getting a player who knows where the goal is on a freebie is good business whichever way you cut the cake.
1 HAVE YOUR SAY Jason Steele is in talks with a Premier League club over a permanent exit from Sunderland. The Black Cats have agreed a deal that would see the 27-year-old leave the club one year after sign Read more at: https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...anent-deal-with-premier-league-club-1-9212548
Yeah a few is fine and this lad sounds good but if that's the policy to fill out the whole squad we'll be in trouble. Same policy as last season.
I don't think its a continuation of old policy mate. Certainly not after what the new owner said in his first day or so. But yes, a few like this, if we do get him, is good business. Not a major statement of intent, just good business from our new manager.
Yeah you're probably right I'm just getting the usual impatience when everything doesn't happen at an unrealistic speed haha.
I read it that this St Mirren striker was only on a 1 year deal. He has refused to sign a new deal and I assume that was because we were interested and he would rather join us. Technically he is out of contract but that was because he chose not to sign again with them. So its not just a case of signing any old bugger on a free. St Mirren wanted to keep him. Could be totally wrong like. Good scoring record though.
