Willis wont be fit this season. Once Xhemajli returns well have Alves, Doyle, Flanagan, Wright and Younger aswell so i think its certain now that either Wright or Flanagan will he moved on or Younger will be loaned out. I have a feeling Wright will be moved on.
Hopefully the new signings are playing well and we’re top of the league so those coming back have to be in sensational form to oust them. If we go up one or two loanees (if they’ve contributed) might sign permanently.
Well no one has actually seen the kosovan play, so could be ****e for all we know (Cant be worse than Flanagan mind) We won’t see Willis again this season imo, which is a shame as he did look the part. Don’t think he’ll be the same again after this.
Willis won't kick a ball this season and both loans will expire. Arby will be available well before Christmas. It's a squad game. We will need them.
I remember thinking before last season that we had one or two too many CBs but we ended up playing half the season with midfielders in defence and that was with McLaughlin playing through the pain barrier.
From what I've read about the type of injury Willis has he will do exceptionally well to come back and play any sort of football again. It sounds like a horrible injury. Good luck to him in his recovery.
I kind of want Younger to go out on loan, maybe until January. He is good cover for full back as well though. LJ will be cautious with centre halfs given our injury crisis last season.
Arby will be able to come back slowly and surely. Nurtured back into the fold knowing we have good players in his position and he can be brought back steadily. How great we are able to say that
