Well he's out in front of Senna now, presumably the best of the soft tyres disappeared trying to get past Senna, now he's got a chance on the primes to have a bit more of a go. 3-stop was a gamble, could have worked if they'd had more patience and had cleared Senna. EDIT: I can't see Raikkonen's tyres lasting on this level of pace.
Well done Mclaren, you have thrown away 3rd place but you have got Button ahead of 8th place . Still got over 20 laps to do on the primes by pitting so early so Button can't even have a go at overtaking, not that that would do much good anyway because everyone (apart from Mclaren it seems) that it is very hard to overtake on this track. 3 stopping was never going to work, 2 stopping was always going to be the best strategy. **** knows what Mclaren were thinking by pointlessly changing Button to a 3 stopping .
