I always thought they were ****, and not defending them, but in my quest around the music vids, there's a whole lot worse.

 

Many rate them...But i just not getting how this **** was better than Oasis?

 

I think it's a much and much the same tbph. Compare the two songs, it'll be something like four chords and a capo, the rest down to the vocalist. Any busker could knock it together from an instrument perspective. Where's something like a solo for Hotel California as a comparison would require a lot more skill instrumentally.
