Badger emoji is a tough, heavily built nocturnal animal. Due to their hard headed nature, they are usually used to represent stubborness or durability. Durability in the sense that they are tough and able to take a punch.
These examples show the EU in their true light. Clearly there are some genuine issues too, but this mindset of punishing any Nation that won't do their bidding is exactly why I wanted out (amongst other things).
Don’t read The Mail like some sort of scared pensioner would be my advice. Good to see Brexit ridding us of all that red tape.
I know a lot of former remainers that have been completely turned off the EU by this kind of vindictive behaviour. Fish is a really healthy food, particularly non-farmed fish. I'd love to see our fishermen sell more to the UK market.
Don't ever corner a badger, their first line of defence is to bite the lower leg and not let go until they hear the bone break...
My daughter worked at St Tiggywinkles the wildlife hospital and one day she took me back stage to meet Rosie, who was a young adult female badger who had been orphaned and then raised in Tiggywinkles. When let out of her pen, she came bounding over to play, knocking us flying. We played with her about 20 minutes and it was real rough and tumble stuff, her bounding over and her throwing her considerable weight at us . It was just like playing with a frisky large labrador who was on speed and was twice as heavy. She never bit us (we were all wearing heavy duty gloves) but that was more luck than judgment cause she was so excited. The main effort was getting her back in the pen afterwards as she did not want to go...and so she didn't. One of my very best memories ever
It's great seeing young wild animals that can interact with humans. About 20 years ago we visited a place near Stow-On-The-Wold that had young lion and tiger cubs, we got to go in and get to handle them although at 9 - 10 months old they were the size of a large dog. My abiding memory was cuddling this frisky tiger cub and it licking the top of my head with a tongue that was like sandpaper...
Being a bit ‘Animal Rights’......don’t you look back on it and think that was a little bit cruel ?......I know I do. Still got the photo somewhere of me as a 6 year old cuddling a lion cub.
Agree. I was surprised that we haven't retaliated in some way, then I read an interesting article that The Government won't upset anyone for the time being. But we all know the Tories will want payback at some point. It's sad and likewise shows their true colours. All that rubbish about 'friends' and now the little threat by Barnier regarding the ambassador reminds me of the threats I associate with the cr2p countries. The whole thing will be crumbling down in the near future.
My mate’s dog’s cousin’s hairdresser’s mate was demanding a hard Brexit for years but now appreciates that jingoism and putting your faith in careerist politicians promising you can have your cake and eat it is moronic.
Well my fab mate has a mate for every occasion to suit his bollox rhetoric and when challenged he changes the subject or blocks you.....I think he makes it all up.
I thought I might of met you at a few of the old Hill Grove Farm or SHAC demos, Wills ? You never know, we might of once stood next to each other throwing bricks
