September was a pretty depressing month for Predictions and the monthly winner (@Vegan Beast | Tash) won with a score that would normally only be pushing for a weekly win (30). @The Ginger Marks finished 2nd with 28pts, with @Ben10 a further 2pts back. Tash wins the week with 14pts but plenty of wasted cards this week, meaning our overall leader is still @Geordieginola who shows the value of getting your card in early. He leads with 127pts with @Thunder Twunt two points back and @Albert's Chip Shop in 3rd on 120.



There's an international break now but as long as no one else important dies we should have a full set of matches at the beginning of October. You can use your 2nd cards starting now and it will be available right up to the break for the World Cup (14th November). Anyone still with the remnants of their first card can also use their 2nd (for triple points if two cards are being played).

What's the bit about tripple points for 2 cards Jak? Didn't know you could do that. Or is it just a one-off scenario for those who hadn't used their 1st card fully, due to all the cancelled games?

 

Cards were meant to cover a specific time period so you could only play one at a time. For those who have part of a card left over due to the cancellations they are carrying it over into first 3 games of next card allowance. If they want to also play there new card they can do.

Makes no difference - only @Andra Tutto Bene has elected to play his 2nd card, while his first is still active. All that means is it is likely to be an unusually low scoring weekend.

 

This is as blatant as it gets. The only change I have spotted from @Vegan Beast | Tash predictions is that you missed off the scorer for the Leeds-Aston Villa game. I am not sure how you do that when you are copying.
