Six matches into the season, and the European places consist of Everton, Liverpool, Villa, Leicester, Leeds, Saints and Palace, just as we all expected. This league is far too predictable.
Although I suppose Liverpool are a bit of a wild card. It will be better when the other 5 of us plus Newcastle split off and join the Super League.
Man Utd did say that if we didn't all agree to Project Big Picture, they'd go off with Rick Parry and play Barnsley and Rotherham instead...
Anyone watching Burnley - Spurs? Hojbjerg having a pretty shoddy game (most of the spurs team are in fairness) and it has made me think how little we have missed him. JWP seems a better fit for captain and Romeu has upped his game hugely - it is like Hojbjerg was never here.
Yep I am, and wishing I wasn’t. I’m missing a catch up on TLC of 90 Days Fiancé for this Mrs Priest is fuming. I didn’t even realise he was playing tonight, although he has been pretty good in most other games he played. I think him leaving gives others a chance for us, and they have stepped up, so everyone seems to benefit out of it. I did think Burnley may get their 1st win of the season though, it just isn’t happening for Spurs tonight. I wouldn’t be surprised to wake up in the morning and see it was 0-0, and i cant be arsed to watch another 45 mins of this...
Yeah, this isn't exactly a brilliant advert for the fast paced attacking premier league we have seen this season. Although that said, I am quite enjoying some of the old fashioned hold up play by Chris Wood - Sean Dyche must be drooling watching him!
Yeah i noticed that with him., he isn’t so bad a player, now I’m not saying I’d pay to watch him each week, but i dont mind seeing different ways to play the game. I wonder if after 10-15 games if Burnley are in trouble, if they will get twitchy over Dyche.
