At the moment the bench impact works well with his incredible speed taking on tired defences. The problem with starting him at the moment is that I don't think he would last a full half. Another full preseason and may cameos up to Christmas will be enough to build his stamina, maybe he will be ready for start of season.
I'm going by Ten Hag when he was injured talking about getting him back for the run in. I agree though, he changes the game when he comes on. Before the injury, he was building momentum and actually having an impact from starts, but I don't think he can just go in like that now. We really should be scoring against Bounemouth with or without him tbh. Hoping that Rashford is back.
One point required from our remaining two games to secure CL next season. Surely we can't **** that up.......
For a team that regarded itself unlucky to not win them all last year, this year must feel like relegation for them especially after the massive outlays in transfers in the summer and winter. Disaster!!
Now they all think that the Europa is a great competition They now say playing Thursday is great and refreshing. To think that the RS boasted about their team being one of the greatest in the premiership what did they win over a period of 5-6 years? One league title, one CL, a couple of domestic cups. Not even matching the teams of Wenger’s Arsenal or Mourinho’s Chelsea never mind Ferguson’s United or Pep’s City.
