Feel your pain. Had back issue since last July, last month or so it’s eased up but still taking paracetamol and naproxen (strong iboprufen) throughput day. Cut down to one of each now though really. Pain is more down my leg now, an ache in the nerve etc.

Hospital appointment booked in for October so just waiting for that.

You know exactly what it is? Have you been to chiropractor? Found that’s rewlly helped mine where I was over compensating on one side it put me out of alignment and they’ve put things back into right place. Prob what’s happened to your hip

Wish it was me instead; I was fine when it was me (arm), been a nervous wreck all morning! He's been in longer than he should have been too

 

All part of parenthood mate and it never ends. We're experiencing it now with our grandchildren.

 

I left the hospital 15mins ago. Just had a phone call to say he's been discharged. FFS!

Feel for you mate. Glad it's over and he's going home, probably asleep in his own bed by now.

He is OK & back at home nowt else matters

 

Bit sore obviously but yes, he's fine now.

Operation took twice as long because he had a collapsed wind pipe!
