Was out in Leeds last night in a really pretentious bar called East 59 (loads of wannabes and well kept beards etc, my one and only visit there). Considering its a new bar and it was Saturday night in leeds, it was quite empty. Anyway, who should i walk right into, but our very own special one, ehab. He had a minder with him, which it probably for the best. Briefly spoke to him and commented on how empty it was in there. I asked him how many people he thought were in there - he said 18,763.
What did you say to him? I hope you said about concessions. So if there wasn't a minder what would you have done?
I'd say can I have a word. Then I'd say what you've done to young kids and oaps is a disgrace and you should change the system immediately. Adults will happily pay more if you reintroduce them. Do this in an honest and open way and say you want to get back onside with the fans. Then maybe you can start watching the team you own again. The End. Then he'd say would you like half the club?? I'd say yes but I'll have to work on a few things with a few select individuals to organize it all... so who's in??
I said absolutely nothing to him to be honest, there is no point in trying to get through to simple types like him. And I was too drunk to think of anything clever to say to him, all it would have done was get me a hiding from the minder. If there wasn't a minder, I would have politely thanked him for completely f****ing over my football club. He would have probably smiled and felt better about himself.
It's a no from me Can't think of anything worse than owning a football club I'll be busy chanting 'Chazz Out' as soon as you do something I disagree with though...so I'll still feel involved
Are posters really making snide about someone's sexuality?? Poor show. The rumors are garbage. But even if he was, so what? We've had posters on here say that they are gay but don't feel comfortable saying it openly at a football match. Not that they have to I might add. Snide remarks and innuendo are piss poor about someone's or anyone's sexuality.
