You're right. That's even worse! They got awarded a 3-0 win in an away game where they would've played a weakened team. They'd already won the group. I can't see how anyone can possibly defend UEFA's actions, to be honest. There were weeks of open fixtures, IIRC. Rennes just didn't care and weren't bothered about the possibility of handing us a 3-0 win. It wouldn't have affected them, so they just decided not to play it. Absolutely ludicrous.
I agree and ain't defending UEFA or the Premier league who refused to let us cancel a match v Leicester to allow us to rearrange the fixture. My only point is that it should never have got to that point.
West Ham supposedly turned down a bid of £80m+ for Paqueta from City. He's now under investigation by the FA for betting breaches! The rumours are suggesting that bets in Brazil were placed on him getting booked. If he's involved in that, then it's got to be worse than Toney's gambling, surely?
And you're on here within minutes of it finishing. Good wifi at the stadium? Tell your owner to turn himself in while you're there.
West Ham's trip to Fulham was a real boat crash performance. You'd have thought that I meant car crash, wouldn't you? Nope.
I believe we were defeated by a team called Covid. Strange that. Probably an excuse to stop us winning this egg cup!?
