Poor quality film but a great performance of a great song. Loved their first album and their second, Wild Planet, which this came from.

Ok musos, who's got their Spotify end of year wrap up? Let's see what you've got...here's mine Did actually expect Squid to be top, but I listened to a lot of their album on the FLAC that I downloaded and on vinyl No real surprises here though What the **** is Chamber Psych? No idea, but it was my number 1 genre last year too U Rrrrrrssssssss! Spooky and Bold - yeah, that kinda fits Over 28,000 minutes - that's a lot of music!
New Black Country New Road - we were supposed to see them next week but the tour has been postponed as one of the band members is ill (not sure if it's Covid or something else)
Been listening to a bit of King Creosote but absolutely flabbergasted came that high! As Steels says, not quite sure what Chamber Psych is........or permanent wave for that matter!! Would love to see a list of these 55 genres and see what fantastical titles it would include. No top podcast for me apparently as I'd been listening incessantly to the old Gervais,Merchant and Pilkington shows. Spotify took them down about a month ago (tossers) and it obviously doesn't register anymore. No surprise, often go through their back catalogue. Sounds like me. Considering I'm lucky to get an hour in bed at night to listen to music properly through my 'phones, that's not too bad. Want to listen to more though!!
55 genres....I hit 78, never knew there were so many Did a bit of research and apparnntly Chamber Psych is a made up genre by Spotify to encompass a large section of bands who don't really have anything in common, but a wide spectrum of people with similar tastes listen to them.... www.nme.com/features/spotify-wrapped-what-is-chamber-psych https://www.clashmusic.com/news/what-the-hell-is-chamber-psych And I couldn't even name a 1000 bands, but apparently I've listened to more than that!!
New tune from Jarvis Cocker....or as he now calls himself, Jarv Is. Bit of a Climate Change activist, this was filmed in Glasgow during COP26....some soundbites from activists at the start, but once past that the tune kicks in. Very reminiscent of Underworld I think, would go down well at some underground club - he's got some great moves too!
Have you listened to this one? Mrs loves it. The film is superb, goes brilliantly with the music...We've got the DVD too....here's a clip
Won't let me post music videos on here for some reason, bloody joke. Someone put up The Dead South and Nathaniel Ratliffe please. In hell I'll be in good company and Never get old will make you laugh with their moves, decent tunes too. Son of a bitch live is just crazy lol
How are you accessing the site? What device do you have? If you're using an Android phone it's a piece of piss to put videos up - go to Youtube, select the share arrow, then copy link. Come back to the forum, and just long press in the reply box to get a cursor pop up, hitting that gives you the paste option - look forward to seeing your selections!
