It depends on who you believe, but the average seems to be about £250k. Can't be much more than that, due to the wage structure.

 

That's a decent chunk of your wage bill for somebody to play Golf.

Piss taking aside, why did you even bring Bale back ? Mourinho obviously doesn't fancy him and must have known enough about Bale before agreeing to it. Unless it was Levy's decision ?

 

Probably thought it was worth a punt and the player would give it a real go. Hasn't happened.
