What happened to “ you can only take it for the overhead locker if it fits in this cage”. Think more goes as hand luggage than hold luggage sometimes. Families pretending that a biggish bag is what the three year old has brought.

 

People take way too much to hot countries where they spend 50% of the time by the pool and 50% in shorts and T-shirt ...

... no one cares what they look like anyway.

I used to come back from Nice, for matches, with the clothes I was wearing and a toothbrush ...

yet all you had to do when people were actually employed to staff the toll booths was make sure you had the money (hopefully the correct amount) and drove through, no worries of letters through the door etc or thousands of unpaid fines having to be scrapped, wonder just how much this 'automation' is costing them, as far as i remember the tunnel has made losses from the start...i very much doubt they will see any profit from this, either.
