Ran a good race to finish 5th in a big field. Think this consistent racehorse will again do well as the Flat season progresses.
That was a pretty good run today at York (17th May). I thought Shoemark's comments important in that he looked to be running green and cooked 3 furlongs out, whereupon he changed his legs and ran on very impressively. The defeat by First Conquest (in the Wood Ditton) was turned round by 16lbs and he also beat by 4&3/4 lengths Under Siege, who finished only 1&1/2 lengths behind Economic at Newbury. There was a lot to like about this run and he could turn out to be a very good colt.
