Luis Suarez being the architect of his own downfall. He had the opportunity of being the top scorer in the the premiership this season, but cannot play more game this season. I think Daniel Sturridge and Phillppe Countinho should now be try upfront together. Honestly, I cannot see how Suarez is going to remain as a player for Liverpool in the foreseeable future.
Think we have until tonight to appeal. We won't, so punishment should be in place by the weekend I would suspect.
Sad to Say he is becoming a liability to Liverpool.Opposition players knowing his weakness are going to be winding him up. Nobody is pushing him he is only trying to jump.
4-4-1-1 with Coutinho playing just behind Sturridge. With Coutinho's ability to find a pass and Sturridge's pace, should be nice.
As I understand we find out tomorrow and the ban will be in place, Newcastle being the first game of the ban. Assuming BR goes for 3 up front, who would you want to see up front with those two? I would like Suso myself.
Coutinho, Downing and Sturridge it will almost definitely be. I think Sterling has been taken out the limelight for a reason (his performance dropped massively) and Suso is Coutinho 2.0, just not as good. Not really sure why there's even a discussion on the matter, it's pretty obvious this is how we'll line up.
Will be great to see and Sturridge has the opportunity to lead the line. I think he can do it and Coutinho is the right person to supply him. Unfortunately, I expect Downing to be included but then again, it's not as if we have loads of options.
Suso is probably the closest player we have to Suarez but he's not ready. I like Frank's suggestion: Carra up front!
Considering we really have nothing left to play for I would consider giving Assaidi a go. It would put him in the shop window if nothing else
FFS we have had enough bad news with Suarez being suspended with the news that Borini is coming back adding to our woes.
