For me it's more important to carry momentum & I wouldn't want Wagner to put a negative under strength 11 out & lose but an injury to Sara Sargent or both would pretty much kill any hope of progressing. It's even possible Hull will sneak in at West Brom's expense . After Saturday we have a maximum of 3 games with rest in between to recharge some batteries. Sara was interviewed at the weekend & said the Championship season is fat less grueling than Brazil & he's obsessed by football & never wants to be rested . Barnes is a bit older & probably needs to be more careful with his minutes
I also think momentum is hugely important, especially given the setbacks Leeds and Southampton have been having. A solid win would set us up for the first playoff at home.
What do you think the strategy is going to be next season, Warky? Are you going to try to emulate and better Forest, or will you settle for coming back down with parachute payments and continue to build from there? There's not a lot of EPL quality in your current squad.
We won’t be throwing money around like a drunken sailor that’s for sure! Mark Ashton and Kieran will have a list of recruits that fit into their profiles. I really rate your John nRowe btw he has been absolutely immense for you and I would take him in a heartbeat! Best player against us at Portman Road that day
Celtic and Adam Idah have won the SPL, Idah started and opened the scoring after 5mins as they ran out 5-0 winners over Kilmarnock
One good thing (?) about losing last night, we will now extend our unbeaten run against your lot by another year.
