Thomas 43rd minute 0 - 3 Rovers 3 minutes stoppage time Collins 44th minute 0 - 4 Rovers HT Cheltenham 0 - 4 Rovers
Barton is tipping him for a welsh Intl call up, with that sort of record I can see it happening James Piercy is doing the Bristol Live commentary and he reckons that Rovers haven't ben that good just clinical in front of goal and helped by a bad defence
Second half penalty to Cheltenham conceded by Finley on Jackson Sercombe scores from the spot 1 - 4 Rovers Bristol Live have still not recorded that a penalty has been given let alone scored 69th minute Rossiter and Loft off Anderson and Coburn on 1st yellow of the afternoon Gibbons 70th minute Find it very strange that players get kicked in the face / head and there is no booking, Hoole Kilgour and Thomas today Attendance today is 5145 with 1430 being Gas heads 80th minute McCormick on for Finley
5 minutes extra time Clarke and Hoole on Collins and Gibson off FT Cheltenham 1 - 4 Rovers Rovers now 11th 3 points off the playoffs
Things are looking bright again. No coincidence its happening the same time that we are getting players back. Hopefully we can keep players fit. Some thinks Collins could get a surprise Wales call up for the World Cup. I hope not. Selfish of me but he's been a big player this season for us and if he does go, we will lose him for a long period and he would probably be stuck on the Welsh bench the whole time and clubs will come sniffing in January too.
I do think that this World Cup has come a bit too soon for him - but the way he's improving and is already one of the very best forwards in L1, despite never playing at this level before, means that it's only a matter of time before he gets called up. It will be a bit of a nightmare if we lose him for a month. Inevitably bigger clubs will come sniffing around but we've tied him down to a long contract, we don't need to sell and it will take a lot of money, millions, to prise him away.
Rovers down to 13th after tonight's fixtures, if they beat Wednesday tomorrow we could be up to 8th in the league and with Derby just a point ahead we could on Saturday be in the playoff's
Tonight's line up v Sheffield Wednesday Belshaw, Gibbons, Gordon, Thomas, Gibson, Rossiter, Evans, Finley, Loft, Collins, Coburn, Subs Jaakkola, Clarke, Connolly, Anderson, Hoole, McCormick, Sinclair. Formation either 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 or flexible Only match in league 1 tonight Cold be a long night a header on target and a corner in the first 2 minutes Looks like Anderson is getting ready to replace Loft who is injured 30th minute
Neither Sam Frost or I Follow have said how Loft was injured lhiekwe yellow carded followed by Rossiter 38th and 39th minutes 3 minutes stoppage time 45+3 Michael Smith Wednesday 1 - 0 Sam Frost said terrible time to concede a goal, didn't know there was a good time
I saw it on Sky - he jarred his knee landing after going for a header. Gordon should have closed their lad down for the cross that led to the goal. Bloody frustrating just seconds before half time.
Seems to have been a good performance, we have had chances that we didn't take. Maybe they can go again 2nd half and have a bit more luck in front of goal. I think most Gasheads would have taken this score line a few weeks ago and this lot are third in the table so they are no mugs. They are still in third place eve if they win, but 1 goal without reply moves us up a place and 2 goals without reply takes up to 8th and if we stop them scoring and score ourselves Massive won't win the prediction thread
You were saying Bluebaldee Coburn with the equaliser 60th minute 21-21 medical emergency according to Sam Frost Doesn't say if it is on or off the pitch
Game resumed 64th minute Mallik Wilks replaces Jaden Brown as Wednesday go to a back 4 79th minute Gregory replaced by Fisayo Dele- Bashiru Scott Sinclair replaces Coburn who receives a standing ovation 81st minute
