Exactly this. Fault of our own as we need to take our chances when we get them at this level. Can’t keep losing the ball and making silly mistakes in possession. Poor ball from Meslier that he keeps attempting and failing when he does have a CB or wing back option which led to a naive foul by Alioski. Not sure who gave it away for the second but think it started with our free kick in the Tottenham half.

Actually not a bad half performance wise. As usual it's the individual errors that cost us.

****ing Meslier thinking he has the passing ability of Zidane. That needs sorting out. It's been coming for the last few weeks. I know he is young and I can forgive him for mistakes but i can't forgive making the same mistake every week. It's not brave, it's stupid.

2nd goal was what the top sides can do if you give them the ball.

Can't help thinking if we had Son and Kane up front and they had Bamford that we would be 2-0 up now.

 

Good run and should’ve done better but wasn’t the easiest chance in the world. I agree that we need to be more clinical but no striker scores every chance and Bamford has worked hard today. If people want to moan they should highlight the poor possession losses by a number of players because at 0-0 or 1-0 we're still in this.

 

The header for starters, its not just this game he misses too many chances, a prolific strike in this team would have a field day.

Strikers aren’t cheap these days and Bamford works his socks off. Scored 10 goals this season which is pretty decent. Could always go buy Joelinton for 40 million? Agreed that he should take more of his chances but the blame doesn’t lie with just Bamford when it comes to being clinical.

 

Yea, but he needed 600 chanses to get those 10 goals. A normal strike would have had at least 20

We need a new keeper and a new striker because we're losing to one of the best teams in the Prem.
It's one game and we've struggled every time we've come up against clinical finishers.

I'm no so sure, it would be interesting to know who others would want instead of Bamford that would come to Leeds and be at an affordable price that’d do better than Bamford.

 

I've always said Bamford works hard and is vital to the team, but an out and out striker he ain't, if he had taken the many chances, created, not just this season, he would be a 40m striker

 

They don't consider that

I've turned that **** off. Clinical finishing is required. We would easily be in the game if we had that in our team.
