    I wonder if Shrewsbury get a percentage of any profit - although the amount of the transfer from them to City is said to range from just £100k to £600k with clauses that could've made the final amount £1.5m If it is the latter, I would be surprised if the clauses haven't been met as he was still eligible for England U19s then.

    Only has a year left but still a bargain at £5m! Conte seems to rate him though but just can't get in that team - so imagine there would be a few add-ons as well as a buy-back. Think a few of the teams seem to be getting wise to that now...

    Also saw Zarate may make a loan move away (think I saw it as Velez Sarsfield). A season long loan but hope we put in a recall clause, in case injuries hit us again

    Does this mean Doucouré is going?

    Certainly will have options in midfield - wonder how Cleverley will feel though having signed and then seen us bring in 2 other midfielders (better)

    NC for 5M with add ons would be good business but we need someone to go up front with Troy plus pace out wide and then there is the full backs

    Rubbish article.... it was widely reported when we signed him on loan in January that it was with a view to a permanent move with a fee agreed at the time. Only factual part is that it states he does not want to join us.
