Pure comedy gold, the only English club that could sign Kane is City, they have the money and a guarantee of trophies, United don`t. Admittedly, I am sure Kane would love scoring the 20 penalties a season he would get at Penited, but other than that it is a sideways step at best. United`s undeserved league position has been manufactured by refereeing favouritism, they are streets behind City, like everybody else. Levy is on very thin ice with the Spurs fans as it is, selling Kane would completely finish him off, I doubt Levy is that stupid, and the way Berbatov was tapped up by Gammon Face probably still rankles, so Kane moving to United is highly unlikely, something which seems completely lost on mugs like Roy Keane and Gary Nevile etc.
Predictable Rumour Watch La Gazetta dello Sport report that the ubermensch wants Eric Dier and Pierre Emil Hojbjerg to join him at Roma Meanwhile, HITC published an article that is little more than a few of the Twitter mob assuming that Erik Lamela will also be headed to Roma Now, remember what I said about Lorenzo Pellegrini heading into the last twelve months of his contract? Which of Dier or Lamela would Levy that one a little bit more?
GK Watch Bild report that we're preparing to trigger the £11m release clause in Peter Gulacsi's contract Monster Energy Dusseldorf are going to have trouble fielding eleven players next season at this rate...
I don't think that he's good enough to be our first choice, but he does count as homegrown. Spent several seasons at Anfield.
I was a bit confused when I first saw this but if he counts as HG then it makes sense. That’s the Gazza replacement then.
Would Gulacsi leave Leipzig’s XI to sit on our bench most weeks? Would be a weird move for him. Wouldn’t complain if it happened though, seems a pretty solid keeper, if he’s HG too that’s also a massive bonus.
Wouldn't have thought so. He's also been linked with Dortmund. Not seen any rumours about Leipzig bringing anyone in, either.
Little point signing squad players if you're not going to use them. We went into this season wondering how we'd fit 7 AMs into 3 slots, yet we still managed to run Son into the ground.
The whole point with reserve keepers is you hope you don't need them, but at the same time you want to keep your starting keeper on their toes That's where we went wrong with the likes of Radek Cerny, Stipe Pletikosa, Cesar and a few others I could name, as at no point did it feel like they'd play unless Gomes got injured, and as a result he felt undroppable - but when Cudicini and, later, Friedel arrived he had a reason to buck up his performances as a handful of bad games would see him benched for his deputy The obvious question is whether this means we're letting Joe Hart go at the end of the season, or if Whiteman is getting loaned out
Gareth Bale has signed a lease for a bar in Cardiff I mean it's not on the same level as a barber saying he came in for a trim, but... http://catererlicensee.com/spurs-star-gareth-bale-signs-new-lease-on-cardiff-bar/
Portsmouth are considering loaning Harvey White again next season If they go up and are promising regular minutes, absolutely. If they don't go up but promise regular minutes, though, that's a tricky one
He's barely played recently, mainly making short, late appearances from the bench. Why would we bother?
