I’m not going to put the mockers on my main bet tomorrow. So instead 1:10 From The Heart is fascinating as he fits into one of my early season strategies surround Hobbs horses in handicaps
I’m all over Sebastopol in the 1.40 at Huntingdon. First backed this horse in a hot maiden at Cheltenham. The price is a bit skinny and this is a tough race but I’ll be having a few quid.
Can't believe you are still doing this every day Attivo. Your dedication is admirable and very much appreciated
I expect him to „Charge“ up the home straight. Looks like The Russian Guns is a non-runner so no danger of a “crime ‘ere”
Put him in my tracker LTO, he blew the start and still won well. Looks like I wasn't the only person that noticed, price very skimpy now.
Maybe its interesting to know for you that Martin Keighly expects a good run from Raving Bonkers in the 2.40 at Huntington today as you can read in his blog: "Raving Bonkers heads to Huntingdon under our Conditional Jockey Patrick Cowley. He steps up in trip today and the ground should suit – he’s been running consistently well so hoping for another solid run." http://martinkeighleyracehorsetrainer.com/martins-blog-12th-november-2/
While I’m on.i was thinking the other day. What stallion is most successful in the bumper sphere and are flat breds more successful than nh stallions. I must say in the depths of winter I go for a Yeats and recently a Dylan Thomas. This I’ll give someone something to get their teeth into in the depths of winter.
I have backed two today in EW singles and a double LILYPAD 20/1 Huntingdon 2:40 because I think its been plotted up for a handicap and GINO WOTIMEAN 7/1 Hereford 4:00 to continue the 3yo in handicap hurdle exploitation. 3yo bumpers and AW bumpers are highly missable even for me.
I have Lilypad in a lucky 15 with the one I posted earlier and also Dandridge and Blue N Yellow at Huntingdon
There are a lot of different ways of looking at this mate, age, going etc. but in my view if I was going to the sales to purchase a horse to win a bumper the top sire on my list would be GOLD WELL. 26% win strike rate in bumpers!
