Unfortunately vs West Ham

Almiron lacks a final ball, and a bit of composure for sure. But I do like him in the middle three because he absolutely never stops working hard. Even in the last ten mins he was closing players down and pinching it. You also need someone who can take the ball up the pitch and ensure that players can't just gang up on ASM.

But it only really works with others in the middle with energy. A middle three of Willock, Almiron and Longstaff is such a nuisance for the opposition. They'd never stop putting the opposition under pressure.

With Murphy and Ritchie put wide , and ASM and Wilson up top, you have enough of an attacking threat, with our midfield three getting forward when needed

I’ve really took to Murphy these last couple of games. Definite potential in him. Love Ritchie’s passion. He’s the only one who argues with the ref over harsh freekicks etc.
