Liberal Democrat MP Wera Hobhouse introduced a private members bill to parliament to do so, and today justice minister Lucy Frazer confirmed that the government would back it. Previously, people who took upskirt photos could be prosecuted under the Sexual Offences Act – but only if they photos actually contained genitalia. please log in to view this image Can't say I blame her, this was the photo taken please log in to view this image
Sky NewsVerified account @SkyNews 4 minutes ago More Proposed 'upskirting' law blocked by Tory MP A proposed law to make "upskirting" a specific criminal offence has been blocked by a Tory MP. The Voyeurism (Offences) Bill was stopped in its tracks when Christchurch MP Sir Christopher Chope objected to it being given a second reading in the Commons.
Apparently all he had to do was shout 'object' when the bill was read out for it to fall. **** probably just shouted it for a laugh
In my youth 'upskirting' was a more touchy-feely pass time which left you having to wash your hands before the late night visit to the 'chippy'.
The feminists are always saying stuff like "if men … then … would be illegal" and seems in this case they are quite right as in Scotland men do indeed wear skirts.
