Shafted by the club. Super rich owners who have not invested,. They have not played a team other than Villa outside of the top 10 since the turn of the year...
I initially thought it’s a bit weird considering the way he’s got them playing & they’re mid table, but just checked & they’re in 12th on 27 points, 5 off the bottom & only 3 outside the relegation zone. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go down now, seems a very Hull City in the PL, thing to do!
There's a real dog-fight going on at the bottom of that table and the instability caused by this decision could easily see them go down.Personal opinion,I'd have left it as is... Who is there to replace him at this stage of the season?
Amazingly though they maintained 12th place Parish said that Veira achieved 'a respectable 12th place' last season He's achieved 12th this season and got sacked!
I dont think it was Parish's decision It was the majority American investors - to them it's Premier League or nothing
It's Paddy's day again? ****, not going into city centre then, all those English celebrating the Irish.
Yes they're 12th but only 3 points above the relegation zone and the majority of teams below them have a game in hand. It's really tight at the bottom end. (As the actress said to the bishop). Be interesting to see which 3 come down, especially as we'll have to best at least 2 of them next season to get automatic promotion.
