As good as they are, it's a bit embarrassing for Everton, who showed no urgency or determination at all. Bit of work needed by Ancelotti.
Liverpool have beaten Arsenal and Everton in the domestic cups. The only one we 'ditched' is when the football league forced us out of the country.
Second half was much better. In the first half we gave Everton too much respect, it's as if Klopp told them at halftime that Everton may have their best team out, but they are crap so go and outplay them and forget the age difference. Nice to know we can play Williams if TAA is not available rather than Milner or Gomez at RB. Bet we get a tough draw in the next round whilst City will get Oxford at home. Think we will get UTD or Wolves away.
Think in Adrian we have the best 2nd choice GK in the league. tbh he's better than the majority of first choice GK's in the league.
I thought he was anonymous and we got better after he went off. However, it's his first start and in a "weakened" side so I'm certainly not issuing judgement on him. I wouldn't judge him after just one (or a few) games anyway.
I think he will be a bit like Fabhino was when he first came, it will take time for him to get up to our speed of play and the speed of the Prem, with so little time on the ball against most teams.
They were losing 3-0 at Watford at halftime, then came back and drew 3-3, replay at Tranmere's ground
He probably wasn’t quite expecting making his debut alongside Elliott and Origi. We play in a very specific way....he’ll come good, mostly because Klopp rates him and will give him time....they all come good... We always improve in the second half. Amazing result really.

That was just excellent to watch, looked really comfortable second half and they started to trust their ability. Shocking from Everton, can’t imagine how ****ing angry I’d be if the shoe was on the other foot - embarrassing
