Apart from in midfield, Klopp's not rotated much all season, why do people think he'll suddenly start now?

prob cos it's Barca. but tbh... I can see him sub the forwards off at thier place so the three off them.might only manage 90mins between the two games each.

 

Some people seem more intent on playing Football Manager than just watching.

Huh? The possible need to rest players because Barca, Newcastle and Barca again in 7 days will require every ounce of energy available is not a valid opinion because it’s illogical? Seriously?

 

On what basis do you think Klopp will change tactic and rest players? He's not done it all season, why start now with a maximum of six games remaining?

Give it a rest. Just because my opinion differs to yours doesn’t mean it’s less valid. Klopp was on record that he would rest players in the run in a while back......I hope you’ve written to him and questioned his logic!

Klopp will make changes... in midfield! Like he's done all season.
He won't change much else... like he's done all season!

Klopp also said we can compete in both competitions and won't be prioritising either...

 

Cool. What happened last time we played Barca twice in a week then, with a tricky away game sandwiched inbetween, all preceded by playing the leagues worst team at home. Should tell us everything we need to know.

 

Was that the same players and manager? Did we get 88pts after 35 games then too? How did we do in the cups? I'm assuming everything was identical to this season


I'm not saying we should or shouldn't rest players, I'm saying Klopp won't make sweeping changes, one or two at most.

 

I give in. Your argument is based on what we’ve done previously.....even though we haven’t been in this situation previously. But I’m guessing and you’re not. OK

 

Comparing to previous seasons is just silly, it's not the same team etc.

Comparing what's happened this season is logical, why change a winning formula?
