Maybe, maybe not. On the other hand - Arsenal blew their chances of finishing in a Euro spot and now may be disiclined to perform against us, preferring to save themselves for the Cup Final. One can but hope.

 

We can hope for another four goal Antonio salvo... given Moyes support for Nige I reckon he'll have them fired up. A better result than Villa, or a two goal swing, will put us above them, but if we lose we need muff to not win.

I've seen nothing to suggest we'll keep our own end of the bargain regardless of what the others do. Been that kind of season, I suppose.

 

Bizarre , given all that's gone on, but it's actually possible for us to lose and stay up. Even more bizarre, It's also possible for 'muff to stay up. Having seen what happened to forest last night, I suppose anything is still possible. I think the most likely 'successful' outcome is for us to draw & Villa lose.

 

I think after last nights result, West Ham will be on their holidays. I can only see Villa winning that game, but then again, I am struggling to see us getting a result on Sunday.

 

Foster seems to suggest the players had pretty much no confidence which is the worry.

Usually you get some "let's win the last game and go there with hope "
