Roscommon 1-07 - 0-12 Tyrone Derry 0-13 - 1-05 Down Clare 0-10 - 3-17 Laois No luck for Down who had to go to Celtic Park twice in the one season. Beating Derry gave them a harder route back to this stage. Micky quits as Clare manager after getting pumped.
That is Tipp's summer over.... That's gotta sting. And the KK fans cheered when Lar Corbett pulled up injured. Those ****s are bad winners
Kerry well on top at the minute. Lucky to be within one after 12 minutes. Some very bad wides and we are very loose.
Bollocks.... They are giving us a hosing at the minute 1-7 to 0-5 Cooper just scored a goal. We are not at the races.
2-25 to 2-13 Great game. Well done Dublin. First time in a million years they are the small ball champions of Leinster.
The hurling champ could get very competitive over the next few years with teams like Dublin, Clare, Limerick all on the up.
Yes, and hopefully the likes of Laois will be able to put in more performances like their one against Galway. They made it tough for a long time. They couldn't repeat the dose against Clare right enough but we know they have it in them now.
How do you feel about Corks chances this year in the hurling? They seem to be keeping quiet but I have heard of a few people backing them at decent odds. You can get them at 13/2 still and Dublin are 3/1.
Really hard to say. The Clare result and performance was quite a shock tbh. I know the whole thing is wide open right now and Cork are traditionally one of the sides that can come Tom nowhere but I think putting a run of performances together is maybe a way off yet.
Limerick will do them and their football will go no further so goodnight Cork, chip on shoulder only carries you so far!
Limerick might beat Cork. I expect the footballers to reach the quarter finals. From there, who knows. Councilman hasn't really shown great tactical awareness from the line like maybe he hold have given the array of talent at his disposal. I don't know about chips on shoulders too much.
Limerick were flying against Tipp anyway and they have a couple of potential future stars of the game on their hands in Declan Hannon and Shane Dowling.
The lad in the corner...I think it is Mulcahy.... I'm **** with names never misses. Quality hurler. Some rate him above Dowling and Hannon. Which one of them does all the fancy flick passing? Samba hurling.
