At least we can't finish bottom
I get where you’re coming from and if Bielsa left players like Dallas, Roberts and even Bamford might find themselves out in the cold but under him a few players do the “hidden” stuff that allow the attackers to flow.
If we assume Rodrigo and Roberts will fight it out for one position it leaves Klich and Dallas possibly a new signing to fight it out for the one remaining position.
I’m hoping Rodrigo vastly improves because our record signing is currently playing second fiddle to a player many of us dismissed before the season started.
I’ve no idea what spending power we will have next season but we might use up a chunk of the budget improving a handful of contracts to warn off clubs that fancy there chances of snatching the likes of Raphinha
Big wins against Fulham and Sheff U because I’m not expecting anything from the next three games. That is surely job done
The thing is, we don't expect to get much out of our next three games, but the pressure is off the lads in a way and we can go out and give these teams a go.
Spot on this.
wouldnt be surprised if we came away with 4 points from these 3 games or came away with nothing. Even one point from any of these would be a bonus
So if Newcastle go down I would go after St Maxime and if Fulham drop Lookman and Anguissa would be top signings? Connor Galagher from Chelsea if WBA drop
Are there any players from the potential teams dropping you fancy?
Is ginola still at the barcodes
I love Conor Gallagher and Lookman. Great players.
Unfortunately Gallagher is a Chelsea player and Lookman is a RB Leipzig player. Maybe post Lampard Chelsea might do some business but RB Leipzig won't answer the phone to us after Big Kev.
Leeds United reported a loss of £62 million last season according to Phil Hay. If we’d not got promoted we were going to be in serious trouble
Yeah but we also know the FA and EFL and UEFA are not taking any action against anyone this season, next season and the season after on FFFP rules. So a non story really and effects every football club. Ifbthe fans had been in there would be no problems.
Radz has already said that no fans this season has cost the club £40m
Didnt realise Leipzig still had him I thought Fulham bought him, but no chance of Leeds getting him as you say after big Kev
Aye, but £20m of it was promotion bonuses, so we wouldn't have paid them out.
The report didn’t mean we’d have been in trouble with FFFP rules, it meant generally. It went on to say and point out the total trust and belief shown in Bielsa
There are certain journalists putting stories out about us cheating FFFP rules because if you remember we were allowed to lose £39m over 3 years yada yada yada
